Reservations & Billing


Before proceeding with your booking, please note the important information below.

Prior to arrival, the reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa). Upon departure, guests may make final payment for charges with the credit cards noted above, cash or check.

UCSB departments and Club members have additional payment options, as detailed below.

Recharge for UCSB Department Non-Member Account

If you are UCSB staff wanting to pay for a guest's stay via University departmental recharge, prior to your guest's stay, a non-member guest account will need to be established. Our system allows for one University default account string per department, which must be provided before check-in.

Charge to UCSB Department Member Account

If you are a Department Member wanting to use your department membership to reserve and pay for a guest's stay via your Club membership account, please enter your Member Promo Code when booking the guest room and follow these instructions:

  • One of your department's authorized reservers must submit the online reservation, as the department should be the booking party.
  • Please use the department's authorized reserver email address, name of the department in "First Name" field and the word "Department" in the "Last Name" field.
  • The confirmation email will be sent to the department's authorized reserver. If you would like a confirmation email to be sent directly to the guest, please include the guest's email in the "Alt. Email Address" field.
  • In the "Special Requirements" field, you may enter the name of your guest.

Charge to Individual Member Account

If you are an Individual Member wanting to use your personal membership to reserve and/or pay for a stay, please enter your Member Promo Code when booking your guest room.
